With a decade of experience in Real Estate, I’ve worked with some of the biggest developers in the city. So what does that mean for you?
It means I’ve seen every type and level of service out there, and in doing so, have made a special commitment to go over and above – and beyond – so that my clients get a 7-star experience in an industry that often delivers only 3 stars (at best).
It doesn’t matter if they’re buyers, sellers or investors: everyone has that dream they’re chasing, and it’s my job to get them there faster and with more money in their bank than if they worked with anyone else.
Along the way, I take care to know where things can get stressful or hectic and I’m delivering ways to make the experiences smooth and seamless.
Things like a moving care package that arrives one week before the big day so you’ve got everything you need (including toilet paper – which most people forget about until they “really” need it!).
I know exactly when my sellers want an update on how their home is progressing with buyers – and delivering those messages before the questions are even asked.
For my investors, it’s all about how to invest wisely so that, whether they want a quick return or a long-term solution, they’re getting exactly what they want (or more).
You probably expected to read all about me, and what I do, and blah blah – no one’s listening.
