STEVE MASSARONI

With a decade of experience in Real Estate, I’ve worked with some of the biggest developers in the city. So what does that mean for you?

It means I’ve seen every type and level of service out there, and in doing so, have made a special commitment to go over and above – and beyond – so that my clients get a 7-star experience in an industry that often delivers only 3 stars (at best).

It doesn’t matter if they’re buyers, sellers or investors: everyone has that dream they’re chasing, and it’s my job to get them there faster and with more money in their bank than if they worked with anyone else.

Along the way, I take care to know where things can get stressful or hectic and I’m delivering ways to make the experiences smooth and seamless.

Things like a moving care package that arrives one week before the big day so you’ve got everything you need (including toilet paper – which most people forget about until they “really” need it!).

I know exactly when my sellers want an update on how their home is progressing with buyers – and delivering those messages before the questions are even asked.

For my investors, it’s all about how to invest wisely so that, whether they want a quick return or a long-term solution, they’re getting exactly what they want (or more).

You probably expected to read all about me, and what I do, and blah blah – no one’s listening.

But I make it a point to be all about YOU – what you need, when you need it, how you want it delivered to you, and more.

Because at the end of the day you’re not hiring me because I have 3 kids or I’m mortgage-free – you’re hiring me because I’ve been buying and selling real estate for over 10 years, and know the ins and outs of negotiating to get the best deal.

It’s all about you, and it always will be.

And maybe, once your purchase or sale or investment is all said and done, we’ll catch up over a glass of wine and I can tell you all you want to know about myself.

MELISSA MIRANDA

Making clients happy isn’t just about returning phone calls and showing up on time: we’re out to make lifelong relationships with the people we work with.

That’s why I consider myself more of a “concierge” than anything else because no matter WHAT you need, I can get it.

With over 10 years of experience in the customer service world, managing accounts, people and all the things people need, I know the power of having a calm voice on the other end of the phone, especially when times are hectic and crazy.

But it’s all very exciting, and that’s what I come to work for every day!

When I’m not at work, you’ll find me cooking up a storm, staying active (particularly with yoga), or chasing after my toddler (which is REALLY how I stay in shape, as any parent knows).
